It’s the final week of the autumn 2019 Step Count Challenge, so there’s a few more days left to get outside for a lunchtime walk, give walking to work a try or organise an active meeting with your colleagues.

At the top of this week’s leader board is team Twisted Blisters from Shetland Islands Council with an incredible 2,717,635 steps – followed closely by Little Steps of Hope from Getting Better Together Ltd with 2,619,474 steps, and Whistle Dixie from NHS Ayrshire and Arran with 2,567,361 steps.
